Sogo is a three-dimensional version of "Connect Four". Two players play against each other and put spheres on poles. The player who first connects 4 spheres of his colour in a row (horizontally, vertically, diagonally, or spatially diagonal) wins the game. The playfield is displayed in 3D graphics and can be turned arbitrarily.

As can be seen, the idea of the game is very simple, and Sogo is definitely a lot of fun!

Sogo runs on Windows and Linux. It uses OpenGL for the 3D graphics. Details on installation, usage, and the rules can be found in the Manual.

I decided to distribute this program as freeware. Because it's the result of a University project, I can't sell it for money, and I can't publish it as Open Source Software, either. Thus the compromise freeware.
